Celina Rayonne Caesar-Chavannes has over 10 years of research and pharmaceutical experience, and has worked, with increasing degrees of management responsibility, at the Rotman Research Institute, the University of Toronto and with the University Health Network, on several academic and industry sponsored clinical trials.
In 2004, that research commitment and organizational work effort was focused on establishing and growing the award-winning company, ReSolve Research Solutions, Inc., a clinical research consulting and site management organization. In this endeavour, Celina worked with international pharmaceutical firms to manage clinical studies, and worked as a research consultant for many institutions. She lectures on the international and national stage on the inclusion of marginalized populations in clinical research.

Given the chance, what would you love to do that you haven’t done yet? Learn to ski. I need to start appreciating the winters. I have been here for 34 years, and still cannot get used to the cold.
Who inspires you? My children inspire me. Their creativity and ability to learn and teach me new things is incredible.
Why do you do what you do? I love it! Period. The thrill of the hunt, acquiring new clinical studies and business, teaching the community about clinical studies, and mentoring young professionals.
