Favourite book? The 8th Habit by Steven Covey. It is a great practical book for personal development that is relatable to career, relationships, personal development and life in general.
Given the chance, what would you love to do that you haven’t done yet? I would love to expand my reach to inspire fitness not just nationwide, but worldwide.
Who or what inspires you? My fiancee, my parents, my family, my friends are all great inspiration to me. I am very inspired by the athletic mind – those who are able to conquer virtually anything by putting their heart and mind into it. I am also truly inspired by virtually every aspect of nature; it is my source of excitement, peace and serenity.
Why do you do what you do? I inspire people through fitness because I truly believe that physical health is the vehicle to life success. I also find that it inspires me to teach and inspire others. I believe that you can not be motivated if you are not inspired. For those who come to me for help feeling unmotivated and feeling like they have hit a fitness wall, my inspiration comes from finding creative ways to inspire them through interest-driven programs.
