Favourite book? Carla Harris’, Expect to Win: Proven Strategies of a Wall Street Vet. Very credible. Ms. Harris provides advice that is based on her own experience. She has an impressive career and good life balance using other talents. My only caution is that readers should remember Ms. Harris’ ambitions are exceptionally high. Not everyone will want to go to the lengths that she has to get ahead in their careers.

Favourite quotes? “I am convinced that nothing we do is more important than hiring and developing people. At the end of the day, you bet on people, not on strategies.” – Larry Bossidy (Former Chairman of Honeywell)  2) Strategy without tactics is the slowest route to victory. Tactics without strategy is the noise before defeat.” – Sun Tzu (Author, The Art of War)
